A full-time onsite trainer, all kits, the whole curriculum — Grades 3 to 9. You approve it. We deliver it.
The Managed Lab is the done-for-you option. Grobots deploys a full-time trainer on your campus and runs the entire AI & Robotics program — kits, sessions, maintenance, assessments, competitions and parent showcases. Your school provides only the room and a weekly slot. This is the delivery model behind Bhavans Nagpur's expansion from one campus to all six. Implemented by AVM Infotech, the Grobots program's national implementation partner.
Every Managed Lab includes all of these as standard — not as add-ons, not on request. The only thing your school owns is the room.

The Headline Case Study
Bhavans Nagpur: From One Campus to All Six.
The clearest proof a managed lab works is a school that doesn't just renew — it expands. That is exactly what happened at Bhavans, branch after branch.
Managed Lab · Year 2 · Nagpur
Bhavans Bhagwandas Purohit Vidya Mandir
CBSE · 6 campuses, Nagpur · Managed by Grobots, implemented by AVM Infotech
"We didn't start with six campuses. We started with one — and the results made the decision to expand an easy one."
Bhavans Nagpur began with a single campus running the Grobots Managed Lab. By Year 2, the program had expanded across all six branches. With Grobots running the trainer, curriculum, maintenance and competition entries end to end, the school's only job was to provide the space — and watch the outcomes compound. In Year 2, the program produced 4 first-place finishes, 4 second-place finishes and 10+ podiums across 27+ competition entries, and 4 of the 6 campuses qualified for the CBSE Nationals.

*Indicative figures only. The right number depends on your grade range, number of sessions, and existing infrastructure. Your exact, itemised proposal is shared within 24 hours of enquiry. Renewals include kit and curriculum upgrades to the latest version.
Grobots maintains a bench of trained educators. If your assigned trainer leaves for any reason, a standby trainer is deployed within 5–7 working days — so there's no gap in your program. This is a contractual commitment, not just a promise.
No. The Managed Lab fee includes all kits, accessories and consumables. For computers you can use your school's existing machines, or have Grobots supply them as an optional module. Either way, you only provide the room and furniture.
All repairs and replacements are included — including normal damage during sessions. There's no damage deposit and no extra billing for classroom wear. Grobots takes full responsibility for kit maintenance.
One period per week is all that's needed — a 40-minute period or an 80-minute double block. The Grobots trainer works within your existing schedule; no timetable restructuring is required.
Yes. The curriculum aligns to NEP 2020 and NCF SE 2023, which embed computational thinking and AI literacy across grades. It also builds the foundation for CBSE AI Code 417 (Grades 9–10) and Code 843 (Grades 11–12) — which are optional elective subjects a school may choose to offer, not mandates.
At the end of each cycle, Grobots conducts a full review with leadership. If you renew, kits and curriculum are upgraded to the latest version at renewal pricing. If you don't, Grobots closes the program in an orderly way. There's no lock-in beyond the agreed period — and most schools renew, many expanding to more grades or branches.
