Bhavans Bhagwandas Purohit Vidya Mandir began with a single campus running the Grobots Managed Lab. The results made expansion to all six branches an easy decision — and Year 2 turned that scale into national recognition.
Bhavans Nagpur did not begin with six campuses. It began with one — a single branch running the Grobots Managed Lab, where Grobots deploys a full-time onsite trainer and runs the entire AI & Robotics program end to end: kits, curriculum, weekly sessions, maintenance, competition entries and showcases. The school's only responsibility was the room.
The first campus didn't just complete a year — it produced results parents and management could see. On that basis, the program expanded across all six Bhavans branches in Nagpur: Trimurti Nagar, Civil Lines, Koradi, Chinchbhavan, Shri Krishna Nagar and Wardha. The single biggest reason a managed lab succeeds is that the school never has to carry it — and that's exactly what let Bhavans scale from one campus to six without adding internal burden.
By Year 2, the program turned consistency into outcomes. Four of the six campuses qualified for the CBSE National Science Exhibition — a 67% qualification rate across the group. BVM Civil Lines qualified in both the Senior and Junior groups simultaneously, a rare achievement for a single school. Across the six campuses, the program recorded 27+ competition entries and 10+ podium finishes — including a first rank at the VNIT Arduino Expo and a first prize at CSIR-NEERI 2024.
The Managed Lab is the model behind this story — a full-time trainer and end-to-end delivery, with your school providing only the room.
