For chairmen and academic directors

One standard across every campus.

Grobots gives a school group one robotics and AI programme for all its branches: the same kits, curriculum and teaching everywhere, rolled out in phases, with central reporting and group-level support. Each campus runs it as a Managed Lab or a School-Run Lab, so every branch meets the same standard without every principal reinventing it.

The group problem

Every campus doing it differently.

One branch buys a kit, another hires a freelancer, a third has a lab nobody uses. The group's name is on all of them, but nobody can say what students across the group actually learn. Grobots replaces that with one programme, run to one standard.

One standard

Every campus teaches the same programme.

The same kits, the same curriculum of 20–24 sessions per grade, the same Guided + Challenge lessons and the same Virtual Master Trainer videos at every branch. A Grade 6 student in one campus learns what a Grade 6 student learns in another.

Central reporting

One view across all your branches.

Session delivery and Challenge assessments are reported campus by campus, so the academic director sees which branches are on track and where support is needed, without chasing each principal.

Group-level support

Teachers and trainers, supported as one team.

Onsite teacher training for School-Run campuses, Grobots trainers for Managed campuses, and one Grobots team that knows your group, its calendar and its standards.

Phased rollout

Start with a few branches. Then scale.

A rollout that fits your budget cycle and academic calendar, with results you can review before the next phase.

  1. Phase 1

    Start where it counts

Begin with one or a few branches. Agree the standard, the reporting format and the delivery model for each campus.

  2. Phase 2

    Prove it

Run the first year: sessions, Challenges, competitions. Review results branch by branch with your academic team.

  3. Phase 3

    Roll out

Extend to the remaining branches on a schedule that fits your budget cycle and academic calendar, with the same kits and curriculum.

  4. Every year

    Keep it consistent

New-teacher onboarding through the Virtual Master Trainer, maintenance, and virtual and physical competitions for students across your branches.

Questions groups ask

Short answers.

Can different campuses in our group use different delivery models?

Yes. Each campus can be a Managed Lab or a School-Run Lab, depending on its size and staffing. A large flagship campus might have a Grobots trainer on site, while a smaller branch runs the lab with its own trained teachers. Both use the same kits, curriculum and Guided + Challenge lessons, so the standard stays the same across the group.

Do we have to roll out to every branch at once?

No. Most groups start with one or a few branches, review the first year's results, and then extend to the rest on a schedule that fits their budget cycle and academic calendar. The Bhavans Group in Nagpur now runs Grobots in 7 branches, and four of its branches reached CBSE Nationals in Year 2.

How does the group office see what is happening on each campus?

Session delivery and Challenge assessments are reported campus by campus. Every fifth session is a Challenge that doubles as the assessment, which gives the academic director a comparable measure across branches, alongside competition results, without collecting reports from each principal separately.

What happens when a trained teacher moves between branches or leaves?

The programme doesn't depend on one person. Every lesson has a Virtual Master Trainer video and a printed workbook in English, Hindi or Marathi, so a new teacher picks up exactly where the last one left off, and a teacher who moves branches finds the same lessons there. Managed campuses have a Grobots trainer instead.

Do our branches need to be in one city or state?

No. Grobots has sales and support across India, and the programme runs the same way in every campus: on Windows PCs, Android tablets or Raspberry Pi, with AI that works offline, and in English, Hindi and Marathi. We plan delivery, training and support for the whole group from one team.

How is a multi-campus programme priced?

Every group proposal is priced for your branches, based on the number of campuses, grades and sections, the lab configuration and whether each campus is Managed or School-Run. Tell us about your group and we'll plan a phased rollout with a proposal for each phase.
