What happens if the Grobots trainer leaves mid-year? ▾
Grobots maintains a bench of trained Grobots educators. If your assigned trainer leaves for any reason, a standby trainer is deployed within 5–7 working days. There is no gap in your program. This is a contractual commitment, not a promise.
Do we need to buy any equipment separately? ▾
No. The Managed Lab investment includes all Grobots kits, accessories, and consumables. For computers, you have two options — use your school's existing computers, or have Grobots supply them as part of the lab setup. Either way, you need only provide the room and furniture. No other hardware purchase is required.
What if a kit gets damaged by students? ▾
All repairs and replacements are included in the Managed Lab fee — including damage caused during sessions. There is no damage deposit and no additional billing for normal wear and classroom use. Grobots takes full responsibility for kit maintenance.
How does this fit into our existing timetable? ▾
The program is designed around the Indian school timetable. One period per week is all that's needed — either a 40-minute period or an 80-minute double period. The Grobots trainer works within your existing schedule. No restructuring of your timetable is required.
Is this NEP 2020 and CBSE AI compliant? ▾
Yes. The Managed Lab curriculum is fully aligned with NEP 2020, NCF SE 2023, and CBSE AI Codes 417 and 843. From 2026–27, AI & Computational Thinking is mandatory from Grade 3. The Grobots Managed Lab fulfils this requirement completely.
What happens at the end of the contract? ▾
At the end of each contract cycle, Grobots conducts a full program review with school leadership. If you renew, the kits and curriculum are upgraded to the latest version at renewal pricing. If you choose not to renew, Grobots closes the program in an orderly way. There is no lock-in beyond the agreed contract period.
